Delete your Tercümen account and data
This page explains how to delete your account and associated data in Tercümen, the app developed by KODDÜNYASI.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. To stop payments, first cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Steps are on the Support page.
How to request deletion
- From the email address of the account you signed in with, write to destek@tercumenceviri.com.
- Use the subject line Account deletion.
- Tell us whether you signed in with Google or Apple. If you hid your email with Sign in with Apple, mention that too so we can locate your account together.
To prevent requests to delete someone else’s account, we may ask you to confirm that you own the account.
Data that is deleted
- Your account identifier
- Your email address and display name received from Google or Apple
- The link between your subscription record and your account
- The link between your translation votes and error reports and your account
Data that is kept
- Translation text contributed to the shared translation pool that is not linked to any person. This text is anonymous and cannot be traced back to you after deletion.
- Purchase records are held by the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their own rules.
Timeframe
Deletion is completed no later than 30 days after we receive your request.
